I know, I know only a concussion right? Watch Best leap over a defender en route to six only to have his flight plan deviated by safety Cameron Collins.

Tony Franklin paints the Auburn front-office in a rosy shade of dysfunction. Josh Moon’s six page interview with the now offensive coordinator for Middle Tennessee State is a must read. One of the more interesting pieces of the story is this:
“That’s all they do is pray — and talk about praying and religion,” Franklin said. “It’s a constant thing with them, and it’s just overwhelming at times. A lot of people use religion as a crutch, and I think that’s the case there. Every word coming out of their mouths is something about religion, and most of it is just a joke.”
…
“When you talk about your religion so much, it comes off as fake or phony. That’s the way I think of several of those people (at Auburn) as fake.”
So they’re those people.
Michigan will hold onto the Little Brown Jug for at least 2 more years.
Cal is charging $225K for the right to buy its seats between the 30-yard lines on the stadium’s west side.
Of the 3,000 seats, there are 144 priced at $225,000, and 115 of them already have been sold, with several fans already writing checks for $900,000, which buys four seats in what is being called the University Club section. Membership benefits include 50-year rights to the seat, including season tickets, on-campus parking on game days, free food and drinks, including beer and wine, cup holders and other perks.
Cal is passing around the collection plate to renovate Memorial Stadium and make it seismically stable.
You can hate us now, but we won’t stop now, the Orlando Sentinel’s 12 teams we love to hate. We’d nix BYU and South Florida in favor of Texas and Texas Tech.
