I don't really see how swapping WVU for BC would make the ACC <em>that</em> much better. From 2004-08 BC is 48-17 while WVU is 50-13. It definitely makes more geological sense. In order for the conference to become the powerhouse it was built to be, we need to either consistently put two teams into the BCS or have legit National Championship contenders.
