| Rank | Team | Delta | Intellectuals* |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Alabama | The Kentucky game was never in doubt. | |
| 2 | Florida | ||
| 3 | Texas | ||
| 4 | LSU | 2 |
Quality win between the hedges |
| 5 | Southern Cal | 4 |
Just as Jesus predicted, USC flexed their muscles against Cal. |
| 6 | Virginia Tech | 1 |
|
| 7 | Cincinnati | Drunken me to Cincy fan in bar, “haha we beat you in the Orange Bowl.” He played it cool and we drank a beer. | |
| 8 | Miami (Florida) | 4 |
#swaga is alive and well thank you |
| 9 | Ohio State | 1 |
|
| 10 | Boise State | 6 |
Their Oregon win keeps looking better, it’s a shame they play 12 other (meaningless) games. |
| 11 | TCU | 2 |
|
| 12 | Oregon | 2 |
|
| 13 | Iowa | 3 |
They move up because other teams lost and I low-balled them after they beat PSU. |
| 14 | South Florida | 11 |
The Bulls avoided their typical letdown game winning @Syracuse. |
| 15 | Missouri | 7 |
They play Nebraska on Thursday, yay for Big 12 teams starting to play each other. |
| 16 | Kansas | ||
| 17 | South Carolina | 6 |
We’ll know more after they play Kentucky and Alabama. |
| 18 | Brigham Young | 1 |
|
| 19 | Houston | 11 |
Case Keenum 5 TD 536 Yards 0 INT 1 Loss against UTEP, that hurts. |
| 20 | Oklahoma | 9 |
The Mustache just fell short. Too much talent and two “good” losses keep them in. |
| 21 | Auburn | 5-0 against I-A including wins over WVU and Tennessee gets you ranked. | |
| 22 | Wisconsin | John Clay is quietly having a great season, 582 yards rushing and 7 TDs. Did you know, Whiskey is 5-0? | |
| 23 | Mississippi | 1 |
|
| 24 | Georgia Tech | ||
| 25 | Penn State | 4 |
Penn State shouldn’t be ranked, please someone convince me why there is a more deserving team out there. |
|
Dropped Out: California (#15), Oklahoma State (#17), Georgia (#18), Michigan (#20).

Surprised you still have Houston ranked. Not to sound Big Ten homerish either, but surprised you dropped PSU after they beatdown an awful Illinois team.

Ok, quick thoughts
Is this resume or power polling? Some of both?
I think GTech is a bit too low, depending on quality losses.

@SouvenirCity – Houston still has wins over Oklahoma State and Houston, which keep them around. They could improve their resume with wins @Mississippi State and Southern Mississippi, but I don’t think they can go too much higher from here,
@TN – Both, I consider quality losses, hence the reason Oklahoma is ranked so high but I don’t feel all that great about Georgia Tech right now.

Michigan played the worst game I have seen them play all year and still almost beat the Sparty. Obviously it sucks, but yea, we were over rated to begin with. We have a legit shot at beating the nemisis this year. I am ok with that.
