I said I was going to do it, and here we are. This prototype has, obviously, the best slogan for an “Effect” T-Shirt ever. It took one XXL (no I’m not that fat, but that’s all they had) baseball style long sleeve T from Walmart, letting from Michaels and a dedicated girlfriend to do all the ironing. Next year’s version for Boise State will be a little more polished and more color accurate.
I’m off to Hotlanta today. Feel free to use this post as an open thread for the weekend. Both Maggs and I will have excellent pictures of tailgating and debauchery to share with you next week. So stay tuned. In the mean time I will be drunk tweeting from the game @cgb_blog and check out F4H’s What to Watch vs. Alabama, Road Checklist and BCO’s travel cornhole boards. They are a masterpiece.

Ugh. Please please please never use the term “Hotlanta” ever again. There is no end to the depth of my hatred for that term. I hate that almost as much as I hate U(sic)GA. I felt dirty just typing it.

Hey CGB, I hope you are enjoying Hotl…., ugh, I mean Atlanta. From what you remember so far how is it? According to the posters on Rivals there are tons of Hokies there. Just now drank enough to get the balls to listen to your podcast. Good stuff and I haven’t even thrown up yet, but the night is still young out her in Seattle. Please give an update on how things are. Not sure what time I will start drinking tomorrow. I might have a little sweet tea vodka and lemonade before I take the dogs out around 8:30am. I am getting really really nervous.

On my flight down the plane was 1/2 Hokies. I haven’t seen one Alabama fan yet. I am heading over to Gameday right now. More updates to come.
