Lane and Layla Kiffin announced the birth of their third child, Monte Knox Kiffin.  According to Lane his son will go by the name Knox.

Unlike Phil Fulmer, Lane has no ties to Tennessee football and its deep history. To us this seems like an attempt at saying, “Hey look my family and I are one of you now, accept us.” Well we all know Layla Kiffin is already part of the Tennessee family. But its going to take a SEC title game appearance and not the sacrifice of his first born son to the Knoxville Gods for Lane to be embraced.
