Why?: Uhhhh Memphis isn’t very good…

I’m as big a VT fan as anyone, and i hate how much undue crap the ACC takes, but even i know the ACC can’t win all 10 bowl games they are in. Rutgers over NC State, Cal over Miami (just typing that gives me a chubby), and Navy over WF. ACC goes 7-3.
