Auburn hired Gene Chizik. Wait What?

Auburn has hired Iowa State’s Gene Chizik to replace fired Coach Tommy Tuberville.

I am just going to shit all over Auburn right now, a school I no longer respect. Could you’ve fucked up more by replacing Tuberville, who led the Tigers to an 85-40 record (7-3 against Alabama), with Gene Chizik. Nope, this is definitely the Holy Grail of coaching fuck ups. Congratulations, you’ve just ceded control of the state of Alabama to that other school in Tuscaloosa.

yeah, uhhhh, maybe he kisses the right booster’s arse unlike tuberville. auburn welcome to the lower half of the $ec west. lsu, bamer and ole miss will finish above them for years, luckily the team in starkpatch will always blow.

Not really Auburn fans as much as an Auburn fan, but hilarious anyways. “We’re still processing.” WTF does that mean?

Firing Tubs was dumb. Hold off on the Chizik shit talking for awhile. Everyone thought he screwed up going to ISU because he could have had a better job the year he was hired. ISU has no facilities or talent. He had no short term chance. Auburn fans should bite their tongue for a year or two and wait this out. Chizik was supposed to be someone that was to get a big name job, but he took the first shit job offered to him a couple years ago. You know what this is? Chizik has been on Auburn’s short list since the Petrino incident (or before).

Its a good ol’ boy hire. Very common down here in the South. Look for Turner Gill to do decadent things elsewhere and Auburn to be in the same situation 3-5 years from now.
