by - Mizzou – Booger Daniel is tearing it up. If he played at ND or USC he would be the Heisman front-runner right now. I would be more optimistic about their chances against Oklahoma if they didn’t let Kansas score 21 in the 4th quarter.
- WVU – I really wish the ‘Eers and Hokies still played every year. I was going to rank WVU and OSU both at 3, but because WVU pounded Miss St and ordered lists in wordpress don’t support this I put WVU at 2.
- Ohio State
- LSU – The Tigers lost both of their games in triple overtime, but how much can you really hate? Even though I was wrong about the Tech game I was right that LSU wouldn’t be a better team than last year.
- Georgia – The Dawgs, much like Appalachian State, are hot hot hot!
- Virginia Tech – Tyrod and Glennon are the poor man’s Leak and Tebow
- Oklahoma – Sam Bradford is freshman of the year.
- Boston College – The Eagles hit 10 wins and NC State hit 7 losses.
- USC – The Trojans are healthy and beating teams again.
- Kansas – I was impressed how they clawed back into the game late. However, I would have been more impressed if the offense started as hot as they ended.
